Shipping Policy

Every order is customised by hand in London with your chosen charms, initials and flags.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within [1–3] working days. Express UK orders placed before [2pm] on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK delivery

  • Standard delivery: FREE on all UK orders. Usually arrives in [2–4] working days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery: £4.99. Dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrives in [1–2] working days.

Europe

  • FREE tracked delivery on orders over £80.
  • Orders under £80: [£X.XX] tracked delivery.
  • Usually arrives in [5–10] working days after dispatch.

Rest of the world

  • FREE worldwide tracked delivery on orders over £100.
  • Orders under £100: [£X.XX] tracked delivery.
  • Usually arrives in [7–15] working days after dispatch.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. UK standard delivery [is / is not] tracked.

Customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may happen due to courier issues, customs checks or busy periods such as Christmas.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@edencraftslondon.com with your order number and we'll help.

Before you publish, fill in:

  • Dispatch time: how many days a personalised item takes before it ships.
  • Express cut-off: the time of day an order must arrive by to ship the same day (or remove that sentence).
  • Delivery estimates: your courier's usual delivery times.
  • Paid shipping prices: what Europe and worldwide customers pay below the free thresholds. These must match Settings → Shipping and delivery exactly.
  • UK tracking: whether standard UK delivery is tracked.
